- We currently deliver in **all Maharashtra city and surrounding areas** (including Pimpri-Chinchwad, Hadapsar, Wakad, Baner, Kothrud, Viman Nagar, Kharadi, etc.).

- Delivery availability is shown at checkout based on your pin code.

- We may expand to more areas in Maharashtra in the future. Check the App/Website for updates.


2. Delivery Timelines

- We strive for **ultra-fast delivery** – most orders are delivered in **minutes** (typically 10-45 minutes depending on distance, traffic, and order preparation time).

- Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout and may vary due to:

- Traffic conditions

- Weather

- Order volume

- Availability of delivery partners

- Public holidays or unforeseen events

- We do not guarantee a fixed delivery time (e.g., no "10-minute" promise) to prioritize the safety of our delivery partners and comply with government guidelines.


3. Delivery Charges

- **Free Delivery**: On orders above **₹199** (or as per current promotions).

- **Delivery Fee**: Below ₹199 – nominal fee of **₹20-₹49** (shown at checkout).

- Additional charges may apply for:

- Heavy/bulky items (e.g., 5L+ water cans, large packs)

- Special handling (e.g., fragile items)

- Express/priority delivery (if available)

- Delivery fees are non-refundable in case of order cancellation after dispatch.


4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Process

- Orders are prepared from our **dark stores/warehouses** in your vicinity for fastest dispatch.

- Once prepared, your order is assigned to a delivery partner.

- You will receive real-time tracking updates via App/Website/SMS.

- Delivery is attempted to the provided address. If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

- Attempt re-delivery (limited attempts)

- Leave at a safe location (with your consent)

- Return to store (charges may apply)

- For perishable items, ensure someone is available to receive the order promptly.


5. Delivery Conditions & Responsibilities

- You must provide accurate address and contact details.

- Delivery partner will hand over the order to you or your authorized person (e.g., security guard with your permission).

- Check the order immediately upon receipt for any discrepancies (missing/damaged items).

- Report issues within **2 hours** of delivery (see Refund & Return Policy).

- We are not responsible for theft, misuse, or spoilage after successful delivery.


6. Special Cases

- **Cash on Delivery (COD)**: Available in select areas; exact change preferred.

- **Night Delivery**: Available in limited slots (extra charges may apply).

- **Force Majeure**: Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events are not liable for compensation.
