1. Use of the Platform

- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update it when necessary.

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be untrue, inaccurate or incomplete.

2. Products and Orders

- All products listed on the Platform are subject to availability.

- We try our best to display accurate product images, descriptions, prices, and availability. However, there may be occasional errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, packing charges, etc. are extra (if any).

- We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products sold to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled in most cases. However, we may allow cancellation before dispatch at our sole discretion.

3. Payment

- We accept payments through multiple methods including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).

- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

- In case of failed transactions, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Delivery & Shipping

- We currently deliver in Aurangabad, Pune, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, selected cities in Maharashtra etc.

- Estimated delivery time is mentioned at checkout. It may vary due to weather, traffic, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Delivery is free above ₹[amount] order value. Below that, nominal delivery fee may apply.

- You must be present at the delivery address or arrange for someone to receive the order. We are not responsible for theft/misuse after delivery.

- Perishable items should be checked immediately upon delivery. Claims for damaged/spoiled items must be raised within [30 minutes – 2 hours] of delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

- We have a very liberal return/replacement policy for most non-perishable items (within 7 days).

- Perishable/fresh items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, etc.) are generally non-returnable except in case of major quality issues.

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-10 business days after approval.

- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access

- Upload viruses or malicious code

- Harass, abuse, insult, or harm any other user or our staff

- Copy, reproduce, or scrape content without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, software etc. is our property or licensed to us and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product/service in question

- We are not responsible for any delay, non-delivery, or quality issues caused due to force majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, government actions, etc.)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Aurangabad, Maharashtra].
